Wellness isn't something we achieve once and then check off a list. It's something we practice.

That's the idea behind Wellness Weekly. Each week, one of our Nature's Path Wellness practitioners leads a one-hour workshop focused on a different area of health and wellbeing. Topics range from mindfulness and emotional regulation to nutrition, nervous system health, boundaries, relationships, movement, spirituality, self-care, and much more. Every workshop is designed to be practical, approachable, and interactive. You'll leave with new knowledge, simple tools you can begin using right away, and hopefully a little more confidence in taking the next step on your own wellness journey.

One of the things that makes Wellness Weekly unique is the variety of perspectives you'll experience. Because Nature's Path Wellness is a collaborative collective, each workshop is led by a practitioner who brings their own expertise and approach. That means no two workshops are exactly alike. One week you might learn practical DBT skills for managing emotions, while the next explores nutrition, mindfulness, bodywork, healthy relationships, or creating meaningful routines. It's an opportunity to discover new ideas, connect with practitioners you may not have met before, and find the approaches that resonate most with you.

We intentionally keep these workshops affordable because we believe wellness education should be accessible. For just $15, you can spend an hour investing in yourself, learning practical skills, and connecting with a community of people who are also committed to living healthier, more intentional lives. Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or looking for ongoing support, Wellness Weekly offers a simple way to keep learning, growing, and practicing throughout the year.
