~Integration~

Welcome!

Welcome to our very first newsletter!
Hi, I’m Jenna Kluwe, founder of Nature’s Path Wellness.

First, let me tell you about who we are. We are a collective of healers that specialize in integration. Integration can be needed for a variety of things- marriage or divorce, a new baby, a big move, a career change, a new insight, a loss, a psychedelic experience, and so much more. Basically any major change or shift in your awareness needs to be integrated, and sometimes you need help. And that’s where we come in!
There is no one way to integrate- it totally depends on the experience you have had and how you want to move forward in your life. Therefore, we have built a community that can support you in a wide range of ways so that you can integrate fully without having to find multiple places to fill you needs.

Our newsletters will be themed each month and will give you some practical tools, help you get to know our practitioners, give you a heads up on our upcoming events, and give you early access to any promotions we are running.

Thanks so much for being here!

Why Insight Alone Doesn’t Change Your Life.

With our first newsletter comes our first blog post!

Since we are a collective of integration specialists, what better topic to start off with than Integration!

What do you do?
I'm a Whole Person Coach who helps caregivers, educators, and other service-driven people reconnect with themselves before burnout becomes their normal. Whole Person Coaching recognizes that every part of who we are is connected, so together we explore not just what's happening on the surface, but the patterns, values, and needs underneath. Through coaching, workshops, and retreats, I help people create sustainable change that feels authentic and lasting.

Why do you do it?
I believe the way we care for ourselves shapes the way we experience our lives. Too many people spend years taking care of everyone else while putting themselves last. I love creating a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover that lasting change often begins with small, intentional steps.

What drew you to this work?
For more than 20 years, I've supported people with developmental disabilities, and one of the things I loved most about that work was helping people build lives that reflected their own goals, values, and definition of fulfillment. Coaching felt like a natural extension of that. In both roles, my job isn't to tell people what they should do. It's to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and help them discover what they truly want and how to move toward it. I believe people are the experts on their own lives, and it's a privilege to walk alongside them as they create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

What's one thing you wish people knew?
You don't have to wait until you're completely burned out to deserve support. We often think we need to keep pushing until we hit a breaking point, but lasting change begins much sooner, with small moments of slowing down, paying attention, and choosing yourself. Those little choices have a way of changing everything.

What are you currently learning?
I'm currently learning Spanish! It's something I've wanted to do for a long time, especially because my husband and I love to travel. It's been a fun reminder of what it feels like to be a beginner again and that growth doesn't happen overnight. A little consistency each day really does add up.

Favorite self-care practice?
Getting outside. Whether it's hiking, camping, running, or simply sitting quietly by the river with my dog, nature has a way of helping me come back to myself. It's where I feel most grounded and most present.

Fun personal question: What are you passionate about outside of coaching?
Right now, I'm training for my first marathon! It's teaching me many of the same lessons I explore with my clients: consistency over perfection, trusting the process, and celebrating progress along the way.

Practice this Month

The 10-Minute Pause

One of the biggest challenges with creating lasting change is that we rarely give ourselves time to slow down long enough to notice what's happening beneath the surface. We move from one responsibility to the next, often carrying important experiences with us without ever taking the time to reflect on what they might be teaching us.

This month's practice is intentionally simple.

Set aside just 10 uninterrupted minutes sometime this week. Find a quiet place where you won't be distracted. Leave your phone behind if you can, or at least silence the notifications. Take a few slow breaths and think about a meaningful experience you've had recently. It could be a conversation, a therapy session, a difficult day, a success, a mistake, or even a peaceful walk in nature.

As you reflect, ask yourself:

What did this experience teach me?

Don't rush to answer. Sit with the question for a few moments and simply notice what comes up.

Then ask yourself:

What's one small action I can take this week because of what I learned?

That's where integration begins. Not in having the insight, but in choosing one small way to let that insight become part of your everyday life.

Remember, the goal isn't to change everything overnight. One intentional step is enough.

Continue Building Your Skills

If you enjoyed this month's practice, you'll find many more guided exercises, educational videos, worksheets, and practical tools inside our Rooted at Nature's Path memberships. Each month focuses on a new wellness topic and is designed to help you build skills that support lasting growth, one step at a time.

Featured Resource: The ALIGN Assessment

One of the questions I hear most often is, "Where do I even start?" Whether you're navigating a major life transition, integrating a psychedelic experience, working through something in therapy, or simply feeling like life is out of balance, it can be difficult to know where to focus your energy. We often know something feels "off," but we can't quite put our finger on what it is. That's exactly why I created the ALIGN Assessment.

The ALIGN Assessment is a free self-reflection tool designed to help you take a step back and look at your life as a whole. Rather than focusing on just one challenge, it invites you to explore seven key areas that influence your overall wellbeing (see below). These areas are deeply connected. Often, the struggle we're experiencing in one part of life is influenced by something happening in another. The assessment isn't about finding everything that's wrong—it's about creating awareness so you can begin making intentional choices about where you want to grow. You don't need to overhaul your life overnight. In fact, lasting change rarely happens that way. The goal is simply to gain clarity, recognize patterns, and identify the next small step that feels meaningful to you.

The ALIGN Assessment is also the foundation of my ALIGN Strategy Session, where we take your results a step further. Together, we'll explore what your assessment reveals, identify your priorities, and create a personalized plan for moving forward. From there, I can recommend services, practitioners, workshops, or resources within Nature's Path Wellness that best support your unique goals.

Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or looking for a fresh perspective, the ALIGN Assessment is a simple place to start. Click here to take the free ALIGN Assessment today and discover where your next step begins.
